Two Turkish soldiers were killed and four others injured during a clash between PKK militants and security forces in southeastern Hakkari province Saturday, according to the provincial governor's office.
Four PKK militants were also killed in the provinces Agacdibi Village, the office added.
The Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) is listed as a terrorist organization by Turkey, the US and the EU, and resumed its 30-year armed campaign against the Turkish state in July 2015.
