Three people died and 24 were injured when a bus crashed into a toll booth on a highway in central China's Hunan province on Friday, the local government said. The bus, with a license plate from neighboring Hubei province, overturned after crashing into the Lingang Toll Booth on State Highway 207 in Linli county at 4:10 a.m., the county government said in a press release. It said most of the victims had been on the bus, but at least one worker in the toll booth was injured. Everyone injured in the accident has been hospitalized, it said. The bus was travelling from Guangzhou in southern Guangdong province to Hubei's Gong'an county. The cause of the accident is under investigation, but traffic police at the scene have blamed driving fatigue and foggy weather.
