3 killed in landmine blast in Mogadishu market
Relatives and friends look for those killed in a landmine explosion.

At least three people were killed and several others were injured in a landmine explosion at a popular market in Mogadishu on Tuesday.
Spokesperson of the Ministry of Internal Security, Abdikamil Moallim Shukri said a police officer, a mother and her daughter were killed when explosion hit Bakara market.
"Security forces are pursuing those behind the incident which also destroyed stalls and caused panic among shoppers," Shukri said.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack in the largest and busy market, but Al-Shabaab militants carried out similar attacks before.
