At least 20 people died and some 50 went missing as a result of wreck of a ship with illegal migrants off the coast of Indonesia. Among the victims were women and children, an Indonesian police representative reported. According to reports, about 120 people, including citizens of Lebanon, were on board of the ship heading to the coasts of Australia. 25 people were rescued. “The nationality of the victims is being specified. We are in constant contact with the search and rescue service of Indonesia,” spokesperson for Lebanon’s embassy in Indonesia said. The rescuing operation continues.
