Police in Russia's East Siberia said they killed a bear that was responsible for the deaths of two villagers. A woman called police late Saturday to report she had found the body of a man in the village of Ladanovka, RIA Novosti reported Sunday. "Two police officers arrived at the scene. They found a bear that was burying a man. The animal was shot to death," an unnamed police spokesman said. The spokesman said police found the body of a second villager about 328 feet away from where the bear was burying the first man. Meanwhile, an elderly woman was killed by a bear Saturday in the village of Chuguyevka in the Primorye Territory, RIA Novosti reported. Police were searching for the bear that attacked the woman.
