A car bomb struck a university bus near the Federal Investigation Agency office in Quetta, Pakistan, Monday, killing five students, police said. Sixty-nine other people, including four police officers, were injured, officials said. Police said a device beneath a car parked along the roadside exploded as the Balochistan University of Information Technology bus reached the campus, Geo News reported. "It was not immediately clear if the bus was the target but we are investigating," a police official said. No one had claimed responsibility for the attack. A bomb disposal squad said about 40 kilograms of explosives were detonated by remote control, the Express Tribune reported. The blast destroyed a rickshaw parked nearby and damaged several buildings.
