Body find in Ullapool harbour after search by divers

Ullapool harbour - pic by Jeremy Hinks/ Geograph The search of Ullapool harbour started after concerns were raised about a fisherman Police investigating the disappearance of a 32-year-old fisherman have recovered a body from Ullapool harbour. Concerns about the man had been raised late in the evening of Christmas Day. He had last been seen near the pier. Extensive searches were carried out into the early hours by police, coastguard and an RNLI lifeboat. They were joined by the Grampian Police dive team who located the body. Police say the man's name will be released when next of kin have been informed.
