Two Indonesian housemaids and two Nepalese brothers face charges of consensual sex and trespassing following a friendship that admittedly began near a garbage bin in Al Barsha. Prosecutors have charged the housemaids, 37-year-old S.S. and 34-year-old A.A. with having consensual sex with, 26-year-old R.R. and 28-year-old L.R.. "I met L.R. while I was throwing the garbage out from my Emirati sponsor's house. We met at the garbage tank and exchanged our contact numbers. He contacted me later and we had a sexual affair. S.S. and I used to go to the villa of the brothers' Belgian sponsor after midnight. I used to have sex with L.R. and S.S. with R.R. in the same room and at the same time," A.A. said during prosecution questioning. According to the charge sheet, A.A. and S.S. allowed L.R. and R.R. to have sex with them. The Indonesians were charged with trespassing into the Belgian sponsor's villa. The brothers were accused of aiding and abetting the housemaids to sneak into the villa. Jail wardens did not produce the maids before the Dubai Misdemeanour Court. Meanwhile, the Nepalese brothers confessed to having had consensual sex with the girls when they pleaded guilty before Presiding Judge Abdul Majid Al Nizamy. According to court report, the Emirati sponsor reported to the police that his housemaids had absconded. Police requested the Emirati sponsor to notify the Dubai Department of Residency and Foreigners' Affairs. According to prosecution records, the Emirati later informed the police that he discovered the whereabouts of A.A. and S.S. after another housemaid showed him their photos with the Nepalese brothers. Police went to the Belgian's villa along with the Emirati sponsor. When an officer knocked the door, L.R. answered. Police arrested him and R.R. When the Belgian man woke up, police informed him that the housemaids were hiding in his house. A police officer searched the villa and found the housemaids hiding inside. The four suspects were taken to the police station where they allegedly admitted they had consensual sex.
