Canadian police said that a human torso found in a suitcase in Lake Ontario belonged to a Chinese Canadian woman whose body parts were found strewn throughout Toronto last month. An autopsy revealed that the torso found on Wednesday by two boaters was indeed that of 41-year-old Liu Guanghua, Toronto police said in a statement. Liu disappeared on August 11. Four days later, her right foot was found in a creek in a Toronto suburb. Her head, hands, calves, one of her thighs and one of her arms were subsequently discovered in Canada's largest city. The woman's estranged boyfriend has been arrested in connection with the killing. The murder was only the latest in a string of grizzly dismemberment cases to hit Canada in recent months. "Canadian Psycho" Luka Rocco Magnotta, a male ex-porn actor, faces charges of killing a Chinese student with an ice pick in Montreal in May. He is accused of carving up the victim's body, sexually abusing the corpse and filming the act, before posting a video of the killing online. Magnotta's trial is expected to begin next year. Another as yet unidentified human torso was found last week at the foot of Niagara Falls, in the Niagara River near the Rainbow Bridge linking the United States and Canada.
