A fire at a market in Burbank, Calif., Friday, set off cases of CO2 capsules that became "little missiles" but no injuries were reported, a firefighter said. The fire, just south of Bob Hope Airport, was reported around 3:30 a.m. at Wholesale Giant, a cigarette wholesaler, KTLA-TV, Los Angeles reported. Black smoke was visible for miles, the report said. "The owner on scene had reported that he had many cases of the little CO2 cartridges," said Peter Hendrickson, of the Burbank Fire Department. "Once those things became involved in the fire they became little missiles," Hendrickson said. The Burbank Fire Department fought the fire, along with Verdugo Fire and crews from Glendale, Pasadena and South Pasadena.
