Floods in northwestern Turkey leave 3 dead
Istanbul - KUNA
A woman was killed and two other people went missing due to heavy rains and floods that hit Kirklareli, in the European part of northwest Turkey. Some 50 houses in the region were left inundated with water as search and rescue teams continue to carry out their role in locating survivors, Kirklareli mayor Mustafa Yaman told Turkish Anadolu Agency. Rescue operations continue in search for missing people.
