US actress Lindsay Lohan has been given a 30-day jail term for breaching probation for previous offences.Judge Stephanie Sautner in Los Angeles' court also warned the 25-year-old that she could face another 270 days in prison if the offence was repeated. However, officials say the Mean Girls starlet would only be likely to spend one or two days behind bars because of California's prison overcrowding. She has been in court numerous times her 2007 drink-driving conviction. On Wednesday, Judge Sautner said that Lohan had until 9 November to report to jail. However, California's prison official Steve Whitmore said: "Probably she will be booked in and maybe spend the night and be released the next day."In addition, Lohan must perform community services at a California morgue and attend psychotherapy sessions. The judge warned that if the actress failed to follow the terms, she would be jailed for 270 days.Lohan has been jailed several times in recent years - but this has usually been followed by her release within hours for procedural reasons.
