The UAE on Thursday strongly condemned the terrorist car attack on a group of soldiers in the in the suburb of Levallois-Perret in the French capital Paris.
''The UAE condemns and deplores this terrorist act and reiterates its absolute rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism, which target all without distinction as to religion and race, whatever their sources and pretexts,'' the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation said in a statement today.
The statement affirmed the UAE's solidarity with the government of France in its fighting against violence and extremism and called on the international community to stand united against this dangerous scourge and uproot it as it threatens security and stability of countries.
The statement wished a speedy recovery to those injured in this incident.
