United Nations Security Council concerned about use of chemical weapons in Syria

Ambassador Rafael Ramirez Carreno, permanent representative of Venezuela to the United Nations and rotating President of the Security Council of February, addresses the press after the 15-nation UN body reviewed the first report by an investigative mechanism to identify the perpetrators of chemical attacks in Syria, at the UN headquarters in New York, Feb. 22, 2016. The UN Security Council on Monday voiced its concern about the use of chemical weapons by warring parties in Syria, including terrorists.
