Egyptian parliamentarian Enas Abdel Haleem said that the recognition of Chairperson of Mansoura University of corruption within the university is enough to exclude him from his position. She added, in a petition submitted to Egypt’s Speaker of parliament Ali Abdel Aal, that the Egyptian official Mohamed Qenawy acknowledged of corruption, as he said that Mansoura University witnessed a number of administrative violations not corruption cases. She added, in a statement to “Arabs Today”, that she depends in her statement on the clear recognition of the Egyptian official that there are violations committed within the institution he leads. She added that she submitted a petition signed by 215 parliamentarians calling for his dismissal from his position. She added, “I will not rest until cleansing the university from any corruption. I will not go to the university before achieving this objective.”
