A mobile restaurant is driving food-lovers crazy at the 16th edition of Modesh World where every step is counted as 'new adventure' in entertaining people.
Yumtingz, the innovative food bus, offers fast food menu including sandwiches, burgers, waffles, fries as well as fresh juices, fruits and vegetables for a quick bite before visitors plunge into other attractions at the venue.
The menu features a range of locally flavoured popular dishes prepared using camel, lamb and chicken meats sprinkled with local spices and salads made of organic vegetables and fresh olive oil. Yumtingz also serves a number of healthy options to the calorie-conscious.
The roaming food bus is the brainchild of two young entrepreneurs, Khaled bin Hader from the UAE and Pascal Muser from Australia.
According to them, cutting across nationalities, people are visiting Yumtingz to relish camel meat burgers, a popular gastronomic delight. "The idea behind our partnership with Modhesh World is to create a mobile restaurant that offers a range of healthy yet delicious options ... We prepare the orders in front of the customers," said Muser.
