Abbas congratulates Sudan president on election win

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas congratulated on Tuesday Sudanese President Omar al Bashir on his victory in the elections.
In a congratulatory cable, Abbas expressed keenness on bolstering ties with Sudan in all fields.
Official results of the Sudanese elections were announced on Monday by the National Elections Commission, declaring Bashir the winner by 94.5 % of votes.
