Bahrain condemned the terrorist bombings that took place in the Afghani capital Kabul which resulted in a number of deaths and injuries.
The Foreign Ministry expressed its sincere condolences to Afghanistan and to the families of the victims, wishing for a speedy recovery to all those injured as a result of these terrorist acts, which are contrary to all religious, humanitarian and moral principles.
The ministry affirmed Bahrain’s solidarity with Afghanistan in its fight against terrorism and reiterated Bahrain's firm stance which rejects violence, extremism and terrorism in all its forms, affirming the need to intensify efforts to eliminate this grave scourge that threatens international peace and security.
