UAE condemns "suicide" incident in Berlin

The United Arab Emirates on Tuesday condemned the "terrorist" tractor-trailer incident, which targeted a Christmas market in Berlin Monday, leaving 12 people dead and many more wounded, Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported.
In a statement, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, stressed its fixed position towards the renunciation of violence and terrorism in all its forms, saying these criminal acts that target innocent civilians are incompatible with human values and ethical principles.
The UAE ministry offered condolences to the family of the deceased and wished the wounded a speedy recovery.
