Xi sends condolences to Trump

Chinese President Xi Jinping sent a message of condolences to his US counterpart Donald Trump over the mass shooting in Las Vegas in the US state of Nevada, the Chinese news agency Xinhua reported on Tuesday.
The shooting caused heavy casualties, Xi said as he expressed deep sympathy with the US government and people.
The Chinese president wished speedy recovery of the injured.
At least 58 people were killed and more than 500 others injured in the mass shooting at a concert held in Las Vegas. The attack is the deadliest in US history.
