The Algerian plastic artist, Asia Sha'awty, tried to present something special in her artworks, where she began drawing on regular plates and glass using acrylic colors, and then developing her talent to paint on canvas using those colors.
Sha'awty revealed, in an exclusive interview with Arabs Today, that she focused, at the beginning of her career, on the completion of murals using acrylic colors, in which she conveyed the Algeria's ancient tales. Over time, the plastic artist decided to develop her talents and moved to the embroidery and painting on canvas, and tried to give a distinctive things for children and to tell their tales on the cloth, in an attempt to draw delight on their faces.
She depends on simple forms and colors to embody her paintings, and reported that, over time, she managed to identify the graphics which attract the child's attention, pointed out that the child's smiled is enough and brilliant for her.
Sha'awty expressed her desire to continue and develop her career, expressing her satisfaction with her artworks that won a lot of admiration of children and appreciated by Algerian mothers.
