Repton School is 1 of the 5 international schools Abu Dhabi - Arabstoday Four new school offering the Indian national curriculum and five other offering international curricula are expected to open in Abu Dhabi, ahead of the new academic year According to Gulf News, the nine schools would create an additional 24,000 school places. "There will be around 10,000 new school seats created for Indian children in Abu Dhabi by next April," Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC) official Tareq Zeyad Al Ameri said. Indian International School 2, Mayoor School, Global Indian International School and Abu Dhabi Indian High School are the four Indian schools expected to begin operations in the Baniyas area in April 2014, while Al Shuhob, GEMS Cambridge International School, Diyafa School, Repton School and Aliaa International School are the five American and British curriculum schools that will begin operations this September when the new academic year starts.
