Damascus University Damascus - Arab Today Damascus University on Tuesday signed with the Syrian Organization for the Disabled (AAMAL) a cooperation agreement on creating a master's degree in audiology studies. The agreement aims at qualifying cadres who are capable of providing aid to persons with special needs and providing better services. Rector of the University, Dr. Mohammad Amer al-Mardini, stressed the university's keenness on developing its work and expanding fields of studies, adding that audiology MA is a top priority for the University. For his part, Ali Turkmani of AAMAL said that the organization is cooperating with Arab and foreign scientific institutions as to provide appropriate curricula for audiology studies. Source: SANA
