Morsi talks with students
Cairo - Akram Ali

Morsi talks with students Cairo - Akram Ali Egypt’s President Mohammed Morsi has met with graduate protesters for the first time, local media has reported. The Egyptian president ordered his motorcade to stop as it passed through the capital, Cairo, so that he could speak with masters and doctoral graduates to hear their demands. Protesters have petitioned Morsi outside his Cairo home for months demanding authorities provide them with job opportunities. Eyewitnesses told Arabstoday the president stopped the procession on seeing the rally. After listening to protesters’ demands, Morsi vowed to consider them in future educational policy decisions. Demonstrators claimed protests would continue until President Morsi had promised to appoint 9,000 of them to job vacancies.
