The midfielder was farmed out on loan at the start of the 2011-12 campaign and is now seeking a full transfer to the Ligue 1 side, although he conceded that it's not up to him.Joe Cole is ready to leave Liverpool permanently in the summer transfer window as he has set his sights on a prolonged stay at Lille. The 30-year-old joined LOSC on a one-year loan deal at the start of the 2011-12 campaign, and Cole has admitted that he is thoroughly enjoying his stint with the Ligue 1 champions."I would like to stay here, but it's still too early to say what will happen. Let's see how we finish the season," Cole stated to L'Equipe."It's not all up to me where I will end up. The board makes the final decision. I have not spoken to anyone from Liverpool yet. The financial issue obviously plays a role, but it's not all that matters for me."I am very happy here and love life in France. I was received very well at the club. The only thing I miss is the atmosphere in the Premier League. The level of play is quite similar, though."The England international refuse to give up hope of his side clinching the Ligue 1 title, although he admitted that it would be tough ask with league leaders Montpellier seven points ahead in the standings."It's possible but very difficult," he said. "If we win all the six games we have left, then yes."But we also require Paris [Saint-Germain] and Montpellier to lose games. We do not have destiny in our own hands."Lille will take on Dijon next in Ligue 1 on Saturday.
