Wolfsburg coach Felix Magath has reiterated his admiration for Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky and Bayern Munich forward Ivica Olic - and admitted he needs to sign a "top player" in January. Injury-plagued Czech Republic international Rosicky is out of contract at the Emirates Stadium in the summer, while Croatia star Olic has slipped down the pecking order in Bavaria. Magath told German newspaper Bild: "He [Rosicky] is a good player, no question. A few years ago, the top clubs were chasing him." Of Olic, who has also been linked with Lazio, Die Wolfe boss Magath added: "He could fit [in our set-up]. I think he wants to change clubs. In the summer he could play his last big tournament at the European Championships, so he wants to play regularly now. But the question is, what do Bayern want?" With just one round of matches to go before the Bundesliga's winter break - Wolfsburg host Stuttgart on Saturday - Magath's side lie 14th in the standings. Asked who would be arriving to boost his squad next month, he replied: "I do not know yet. But I'm not a dreamer who believes that we can play with this team for our European mission. We lack a top player, one who stands out through performance or personality."
