Newell's Old Boys went level on points at the top of the Clausura table as they won 2-1 at Olimpo, while leaders Boca Juniors were held to a 2-2 draw in a dramatic game at Atletico Rafaela on Sunday. Boca appeared to have lost their grip on top spot as Dario Gandin put Atletico ahead from the spot five minutes into stoppage time, but there was still time for Nicolas Blandi to equalise. Pablo Mouche had put Boca ahead after 31 minutes, only for Fabricio Fontanini to equalise on the hour. Newell's were also forced to come from behind as Maximiliano Laso gave the hosts the lead in the 16th minute. Victor Figueroa levelled three minutes later and Pablo Perez scored the winner 15 minutes from time. All Boys could have pulled within two points of the leaders with a win over San Lorenzo, but they were held to a goalless draw. Racing Club put some distance between themselves and the bottom sides with a 2-0 win over Estudiantes. Lucas Aveldano opened the scoring in the 39th minute and, after Rodrigo Brana was sent off for the visitors four minutes from the end, substitute Giovanni Moreno added a second in the dying moments. In the day's other game, Cesar Carranza's seventh-minute goal gave Lanus a 1-0 win at Godoy Cruz.
