Paris Saint-Germain twice came from behind to edge bitter rivals Marseille 3-2 in Le Classique and return to the top of the France's Ligue 1 table.
Andre Pierre Gignac scored a brace for the home side, but the goals were cancelled out first by Blaise Matuidi and then Marquinhos before Jeremy Morel put through his own net to settle the contest in PSG's favour.
The win in one of Europe's most fiercely fought contests sees PSG move one point clear of Lyon at the top of the table and leaves Marseille in third, five points behind the pace setters. PSG received a typically hostile reception on arrival at the Stade Velodrome, with objects thrown at the team bus leaving a hole in one of the windows.
Bordeaux are sixth after Nicolas Maurice-Belay's stoppage-time goal earned them a last-gasp 2-1 win over rock-bottom Lens. Mariano opened the scoring for Les Girondins in the 80th minute but Lens were quickly back on level terms thanks to Pablo Chavarria's 86th minute equaliser. However, with the match almost done, Maurice-Belay found the bottom left corner in the third minute of stoppage time to put Bordeaux two points adrift of fifth-placed Saint-Etienne.
Caen struck twice in the last ten minutes to stun Nantes and move six points clear of the drop zone. Alejandro Bedoya looked to have teed up a routine win for Nantes with an opportunist strike in the 11th minute, but substitutes Emiliano Sala and Thomas Lemar had other ideas in a dream finale for Caen coach Patrice Garande.
Sala struck from the penalty spot with ten minutes left on the clock, while Lemar swept home a spectacular free-kick in the dying moments to leave the hosts in a daze as Caen won 2-1. The victory propels them up to 12th, just two points and as many places below Nantes, while also putting clear breathing room between them and the scrap for survival.
