Al Ahly moved level with Al Hilal at the top of the Saudi League thanks to a 3-1 triumph at Al Nasr on Thursday. Al Ahly went in front after 13 minutes through Emad Al Hosani scored, only for Mohammed Al Sahlawi to equalise nine minutes later. The game seemed set to head for a draw until Camacho restored his side's lead 11 minutes from time and then Taisser Al Jassam wrapped up the points in stoppage time. Al Ittifaq lie four points off the top in fourth place after relinquishing a three-goal lead in a 3-3 draw against Najran. Sebastian Tagliabue, Carlos and Yousif Al Salem put Al Ittifaq in command before the hour but Jehad Al Hussein pulled a goal back from the spot and then Salih Dowes and Dusan Djokic ensured a share of the spoils for Najran. Finally, Hajer beat Al Tawon 2-1 through goals from Abdallatif Al Bahdari and Mohammed Al Khameas, with Ahmed Al Harbi replying for the visitors.
