Qatar SC recorded Saturday a surprise 2-1 victory against second-placed Al Sadd, in the 22nd round of Qatar Stars League.
Hamdi Al Harabwy scored Qatar's two goals, a quick fire double in the 26th and 29th minute. Abdul Karim Hassan scored Al Sadd's only goal in injury time of the first half.
The win took Qatar to third place with 40 points. They are five points behind Al Sadd who have 45 points, seven behind leaders Lekhwiya.
