Alba sponsors Awali Golf Club

Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba), one of the leaders in corporate social responsibility, emphasised its commitment towards highlighting Bahrain’s reputation as a key hub for golf tournaments by providing sponsorship to the Awali Golf Club, which is to support teams and services for the 2014-2015 season.
The cheque was presented by Alba’s Director for Administration, Abdul-Rahman Janahi to the Captain of Awali Golf Club, A. Elah Fakhroo and Sponsorship Member, Zygmunt A. S. Trzebinski at Alba.
Speaking on the occasion, Alba’s Director for Administration, Abdul-Rahman Janahi said:
"Alba believes that sports play a key role in the development of the community. The Awali Golf Club has raised the Kingdom’s profile as a golfing destination; we are pleased to provide sponsorship to the Club, which underlines our commitment to sports events and activities in the Kingdom and the region."
