Prince Ali Bin al-Hussein
Zurich - Arab Today

Egypt will vote for Prince Ali bin Al-Hussein in the FIFA presidential election, set to take place on Friday, said President of the Egyptian Football Association (EFA) Gamal Allam.

Speaking to MENA on Thursday, Allam said that EFA board of directors agreed unanimously to vote for the Jordanian prince.

Prince Hussein, who is the vice president of FIFA for Asia, is the only rival to embattled FIFA incumbent Blatter should Friday's election take place.

Two days ago, seven top FIFA officials were arrested by Swiss and US authorities over corruption charges.
