Kuwait Club beat Al-Salmiyah 2-0 in a match held in Friday at inauguration of the first round of Kuwait's Soccer Premier League, involving up to 14 clubs.
The two teams performed well in the game first half. The Tunisian, Shadi Al-Hamami, scored for Kuwait Club in the 12th minute, as a result of a header.
The Kuwait Club team maintained prevalence of the game till Walid Al-Ali scored the second goal in the 45th minute. Al-Salmiyah made several futile bids to score.
In another match as part of the championship, Al-Jahraa beat Al-Tadamon 3-1.
