Qatar to face Tunisia in Basketball friendly
Doha - Arab Today
Qatar Basketball team will shake hands with African champions, Tunisia in an international basketball friendly match will be held at Al Ghraffah Indoor Hall on Thursday.
The international basketball friendly comes in the light of national team’s major practice for the upcoming 2013 FIBA Asia Championship for men scheduled for August 1-11 in Manila city of Philippines.
Thursday’s match is among a series of international friendly matches will be played by the national team over the upcoming days, before they fly to Philippines for the Asia Basketball campaign.
The 2013 FIBA Asia Championship for Men is the intercontinental championship for basketball organized by FIBA Asia that serves as the qualifying tournament for the 2014 FIBA World Cup in Spain.
