SCYS chairman inaugurates bicycle centre in Bahrain

As part of the ongoing preparations for Bahrain International Triathlon Championship on December 6, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS) and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa inaugurated today a bicycle centre to encourage such outlets to promote the triathlon and cycling sport.
He said triathlon is increasing in popularity in Bahrain due to the youngsters' special predilection for this sport which includes swimming, cycling and running. He added such outlets will further contribute to promoting the sport.
