Australia won the toss and elected to bowl in their second tri-series one-day international against England in Hobart on Friday.
Australia, unbeaten in their first two matches, made three changes in their bid for a place in the February 1 final in Perth.
David Warner and Shane Watson were both rested due to hamstring soreness, while captain George Bailey was suspended for a second slow over rate breach in less than 12 months.
Into the side come Shaun Marsh, Cameron White and Moises Henriques.
In Bailey's absence, Test captain Steve Smith will lead the Australians.
England named an unchanged line-up from the team that thrashed India by nine wickets in Brisbane on Tuesday.
Teams:
Australia - Steve Smith (capt), Aaron Finch, Shaun Marsh, Cameron White, Moises Henriques, Glenn Maxwell, Brad Haddin, James Faulkner, Mitchell Starc, Pat Cummins, Gurinder Sandhu
England - Eoin Morgan (capt), Ian Bell, Moeen Ali, Joe Root, James Taylor, Ravi Bopara, Jos Buttler, Chris Woakes, James Anderson, Stuart Broad, Steven Finn.
