Curtis Granderson went 3-for-5 with a grand slam Friday, keying the New York Yankees' 10-3 trouncing of the Boston Red Sox. Raul Ibanez and Russell Martin each added a two-run shot for the Yankees, who opened a three-game series with their American League East rivals with a resounding win.
