An all-around game from Mike Conley Friday pushed Memphis to a 90-78 victory over Detroit, the Grizzlies' fourth win in a row. Conley scored 17 points, had five assists, grabbed four rebounds and came up with six steals. The 21 Detroit turnovers led to 31 Memphis points as the Grizzlies improved the NBA's best record to 12-2. Rudy Gay had a game-high 18 points for Memphis while Marc Gasol added 17 points and 11 rebounds. Detroit overcame a 10-point halftime deficit with a 12-2 run to start the third period, but the Grizzlies then went on a 13-3 burst of their own to regain control. Greg Monroe scored 17 points to lead the Pistons. Detroit had won four of its previous six.
