A typically big performance from Kevin Durant Friday pushed Oklahoma City to a 29-point halftime lead en route to a 110-95 victory over New Orleans. Durant, the defending NBA scoring champion, had 27 points, nine rebounds and five assists in helping the Thunder bounce back from a home loss to Memphis on Wednesday. He made 9-of-12 from the field as part of Oklahoma City's 54-percent shooting effort. The Thunder attempted 29 3-point shots and made 14 of them. Kevin Martin also had 27 points off the bench for the Thunder in what was their sixth win in seven games. New Orleans was led by 15 points and seven rebounds from Ryan Anderson. Oklahoma City's halftime advantage was 66-37 and the final score was as close as the Hornets came during the second half.
