Patric Young's 13 points and 11 rebounds helped overcome the loss of star guard Kenny Boynton Tuesday in No. 8 Florida's 58-40 win over Savannah State. Young also blocked six shots while Mike Rosario added 13 points for the Gators (4-0), who cruised to the victory despite shooting just 35.4 percent from the field. Boynton, Florida's leading scorer, exited the game in the second half with an ankle injury after hitting just one of six shots for five points. The Tigers (3-3) were led by 11 points each from Cedric Smith and Rashad Hassan.
