Michael Carter-Williams slammed home a go-ahead dunk with 23 seconds left Saturday, boosting sixth-ranked Syracuse to a 70-68 win over No. 1 Louisville. Carter-Williams scored 11 of his 16 points during the final 7 1/2 minutes and recorded seven assists, sending the Orange (17-1, 5-0 Big East) to their seventh straight win and fifth consecutive Big East triumph. Brandon Triche hit five 3-pointers en route to 23 points for Syracuse. Louisville (16-2, 4-1), meanwhile, saw its 11-game winning streak snapped despite 25 points from Russ Smith.
