A Norwegian man who “flies” down mountains at speeds of more than 150mph claims he is the world’s fastest human being.Espen Fadnes wears a wingsuit which he opens out to direct his flight after leaping from the top of almost sheer cliffs.Video footage filmed via a headcam — entitled Sense of Flying — has been posted on YouTube and notched up more than 300,000 hits.It shows him jumping from the top of a mountain in Stryn, rocketing through a gorge as he descends 1,240 metres towards a fjord. His wingsuit features extra fabric under his arms and between his legs to provide extra lift. But one user commented: “That’s not flying — that’s falling with style!”
