Felix Hernandez fired his sixth career shutout Saturday, dominating Texas with a three-hit performance that carried the Seattle Mariners to a 7-0 win. Hernandez (7-5) struck out 12, placing 74 of his 107 pitches for strikes, He allowed only one runner to get as far as third base. The right-handed ace didn't issue a walk as the Mariners evened their three-game series against the Rangers. John Jaso went 2-for-3 with a solo homer and two RBI, while Michael Saunders and Kyle Seager each drove in a pair of runs for Seattle. Yu Darvish (10-6) was lit up for seven runs on eight hits over 6 1/3 innings for the American League West-leading Rangers.
