The Philadelphia Eagles announced Thursday quarterback Michael Vick would remain on the sidelines after doctors did not clear him to practice. Vick underwent further testing to determine if he had overcome the symptoms of a concussion he suffered in a game against Dallas Nov. 11. Because he has not recovered, he was ordered held out of practice Thursday, and that makes him unlikely to play Sunday night when the Eagles face the Cowboys again. Rookie Nick Foles has started the last two games for Philadelphia. The Eagles have lost seven in a row and own a 3-8 record. Vick has completed 58 percent of his passes for 2,165 yards with 11 touchdowns and nine interceptions this season. Only once in his career, in 2006 while with Atlanta, has Vick played an entire 16-game season.
