Reigning Olympic super-G champion Anna Fenninger of Austria won the 2015 Alpine World Ski Championships super-G race on Tuesday.
Fenninger, who captured the World Cup Overall title last season, finished in one minute, 10.29 seconds topping an earlier run by 2013 World super-G champion Tina Maze, who clocked 1:10.32.
Current World Cup super-G points leader Lindsey Vonn, who is in the midst of a remarkable comeback from two knee surgeries, finished third in 1:10.44.
