Barcelona doctor Ricard Pruna has made it clear that France should not field injured defender Eric Abidal in the upcoming Euro 2012 qualifiers versus Albania and Bosnia-Herzegovina.Abidal sustained a hamstring injury in Barcelona's 1-0 La Liga win over Sporting Gijon last weekend and consequently faces a spell on the sidelines.Nevertheless, this has not stopped France from including the 32-year-old in the squad for their upcoming international fixtures, much to Pruna's concern."His injury is just an ordinary strain and he needs a stoppage of seven to 10 days. However, the French Federation considers it not to be serious and have decided that he will travel with the team," Pruna was quoted as saying by AS."He wouldn't have played for us if we'd had a game at the weekend, and I hope that France treat him well and don't play him either."France currently sit top of the table in Group D of the Euro 2012 qualification campaign with 17 points from eight games.
