Golden State center Andrew Bogut will miss at least a week as he further recovers from surgery on his left ankle, the Warriors said Thursday. Bogut, 27, fractured his ankle in January when he was playing for Milwaukee. He was traded to Golden State in March but didn't play because of the injury. He is averaging 6 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2 assists in five appearances this season, and has played an average of 18 minutes per game. The limited playing time led the Warriors to decide to give him additional time for the ankle to heal. They said Bogut would be out from 7-10 days. Bogut, who was the No. 1 overall choice of the 2005 NBA draft, averaged 12.6 points and 9.3 rebounds a game over his 412-game NBA career.
