French champions Lille announced today that they will be without centre-back Aurelien Chedjou for "two to three weeks" due to a thigh injury. The Cameroonian centre-back sustained a small tear to a muscle in his left thigh in the fifth minute of Saturday's 3-0 success at Evian and was replaced by Mauro Cetto. His injury leaves Lille coach Rudi Garcia bereft of both his first-choice centre-backs, as Marko Basa has been out since the start of the year after undergoing surgery on a shoulder injury. Lille, third, host fourth-placed Toulouse in their next Ligue 1 fixture at the weekend.
