National Security Directorate of Moroccan city of Fass celebrated the policewoman and all women working in this institution. The event came to express appreciation to the role of woman to serve their country and fellow citizens.

On his hand, security leader Abdel Elah Al Said revealed that Fass security authorities organized the event to express appreciation to the role performed by the Moroccan woman to serve the security of her country through storming such a critical career. He added that they perform a noble and difficult mission which is to protect the lives and possessions of people in addition to the other administrative services.

He praised the approach adopted by Moroccan king to empower the woman, saying that the woman performs a major role in her society. He added that the government also took serious steps to achieve equality between the man and woman and to ensure the women's participation in different fields in the Egyptian community. 

He added that the Public Directorate of National Security took serious steps to fully involve the women in different sectors of its work, saying that the Moroccan woman performs a major role to gain respectable position in different careers inside the Moroccan community.

He added that the policewoman has the same authorities which the men have in the security field, as she is able to work in the traffic police, and judicial police. He also can take the leadership of police circuits and the governmental institutions in different levels.

He stressed that the woman can perform a major role in different security roles, saying that she managed to prove her efficiency. He stressed that the experiences proved the importance of woman role on the Moroccan community during the recent years.
