London - Arabstoday

Ahead of their Group G encounter in the qualifying campaign, the national team coach has spoken highly of the Italian boss, and speaks about the important matches to comeNewly appointed Montenegro coach Branko Brnovic has labelled England boss Fabio Capello a “role model” ahead of their Euro 2012 qualifying Group G fixture on Friday.Having replaced Zlatko Kranjcar in September following their defeat to Wales, the former Serbia international faces the difficult task of taking the Brave Falcons through to the finals automatically, as they need two wins from their final two matches to do so.With the game against Switzerland slated to be their final qualifier, Montenegro must first defeat an unbeaten England side coached by the experienced Fabio Capello.Brnovic will make his debut in the Montenegro dug-out against the Italian and believes that if victory is attained, the players and not he will take all the plaudits."I admire and respect everything that Fabio Capello did in his career and he must be a role model for every young coach," Brnovic said, according to UEFA.com."On Friday, we will be in the same position, coaching 11 players who will try to win a very important match. So my goal is not to beat Capello because the most important thing is that Montenegro beat England. If that happens, the players will be heroes, not me."Despite England only needing one more point in the group stage to qualify for the Euro 2012 finals, Brnovic is aware of the attacking threat the likes of Wayne Rooney can pose."Their [England’s] football mentality and pride is different,” he said. “They will come for three points but I hope Wayne Rooney doesn't play."He [Rooney] is a magnificent player, one of the best in the world and it will be almost a mission impossible to stop him. Without Rooney, our chances of getting a positive result will be much bigger."Having earned a draw with England in their last qualifying fixture last year, the Montenegro coach believes that anything can still happen, and that focus is key for their remaining two qualifying fixtures."Everybody knows who the England coach is and who plays for England, but in 90 minutes anything could happen," Brnovic said. "After all, we showed that last year at Wembley, where we got a deserved point. Miracles can happen only if you believe in them.""England are huge favourites, so I must be focused not only for that match, but also for our trip to Switzerland, which could be adecisive game for our EURO 2012 ambitions."Montenegro will be boosted by the return of Savo Pavicevic (from suspension), Marko Basa, Miodrag Dzudovic and Milan Jovanovic to the squad in time for the game on Friday.
